Terms

Last updated 3 October 2026

Please note: these are the terms for using this website. The legally binding terms of any lease are in the written lease we agree with you before anything starts.

About these terms

This website is operated by Rent Lift, a trading name of Naras Real Estate Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15654794) with its registered office at 5 Merchant Square, London, W2 1DP. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Naras Real Estate Ltd, and “you” means the person using the website. By using this website you agree to these terms.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about leasing your property to us and to send us an enquiry. You must not:

  • use the site in any unlawful way, or send us anything false, abusive or misleading;
  • submit the forms using automated tools, or submit them repeatedly to disrupt the service;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its data, or interfere with its security; or
  • copy or scrape the site in bulk without our written permission.

Enquiries and offers

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between us, and it does not oblige you or us to do anything. After a visit we may make a written rent offer. An offer is for you to consider. A lease only starts once both of us have signed it, and any consents it needs from your lender or freeholder are in place.

If anything on this website differs from your signed lease, the lease takes priority.

Your responsibilities as an owner

You remain responsible for buildings insurance and for obtaining any consent your mortgage lender or freeholder requires before the property is leased. We help with the paperwork, but we cannot give legal, tax or mortgage advice. Please take your own professional advice on those points.

Information on this site

We take care to keep this website accurate, but it is general information, not advice for your particular situation. Our pages link to third-party websites, such as the registers of the bodies we belong to and WhatsApp. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Ownership of content

The text, design, logo, photographs and other material on this website belong to us or to those who have licensed them to us. You may view the site and share a link to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Subject to that, the website is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

Complaints

See our complaints procedure.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
