Who we are
Rent Lift is a trading name of Naras Real Estate Ltd, a Birmingham property company. We are Propertymark members and members of The Property Ombudsman, registered with the ICO and for anti-money-laundering supervision.
What we supply
Two to four bedroom houses, and selected flats, in Birmingham and the surrounding boroughs, on leases of up to ten years and a day or licences of two years with extensions, in line with the terms of Birmingham City Council's temporary accommodation framework.
Standards for every property
- Valid gas safety, electrical (EICR) and energy certificates
- Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
- No category 1 hazards
- Fire risk assessment where applicable
- Full photographic inventory
- Selective licence where the ward requires it
How we manage
- Named property manager
- Repairs reporting line for occupants
- Response targets: emergency within 24 hours, urgent within 5 working days, routine within 20 working days
- Quarterly inspections
- Written safeguarding, complaints, anti-social behaviour and data protection policies available on request
